About The Role
We are looking for a bilingual Marketing Manager to lead NeuroLAT's expansion into Thailand. Based in Singapore, you will build brand presence, forge partnerships with schools and enrichment centres, and drive adoption of the world's first proven IQ-training program across the Thai market.

Language Requirement
Bilingual — Thai & English Required. This role requires native or near-native fluency in both Thai and English (written and spoken). You will be communicating with Thai schools, parents, regulators, and healthcare professionals daily.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a localised marketing strategy targeting parents, private schools, enrichment centres, and healthcare professionals in Thailand.
- Build and nurture partnerships with educational institutions, enrichment centres, clinics, and relevant government bodies.
- Lead campaigns in Thai and English — digital, social, content, events, and PR.
- Navigate regulatory and government affairs processes related to education and cognitive health in Thailand.
- Manage sales and distribution channels with local partners to drive adoption and revenue.
- Track market performance and adapt strategies to hit growth targets.
- Represent NeuroLAT at school fairs, industry events, and professional forums in Thailand.
- Collaborate with Singapore HQ to align global brand standards with local market needs.
What We're Looking For
👤Age between 25 and 35 years old
🇮🇭Thai native speaker with deep cultural understanding of the local market
🏠Has lived in Thailand for a minimum of 6 years
🏮Currently based in Singapore
🎓Graduate of a recognised Thai government university, preferably with roots in the Isan region
🎓Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or Hospitality — hospitality graduates with strong client-facing experience are welcome
📈Has successfully started and run businesses in Thailand with verifiable proof of business ownership (e.g. Thai DBD registration or equivalent)
💵Business must have generated revenue for a minimum of 2 years — not merely incorporated
🧠Minimum 2 years of experience in the Cognitive Training & IQ Development industry
📅3–6 years of marketing experience in education, enrichment, or healthcare
🏫Experience working with private schools or enrichment centres
💼Proven B2B sales experience — specifically selling programs or services directly to schools or institutions
👪Has personally sold or marketed a program directly to parents (B2C experience)
📚Understands the Thai private school admission and enrichment landscape
🔗Minimum 10 verifiable professional contacts within Thai schools or enrichment centres — references required upon request
🏛Familiarity with Thai government / regulatory affairs (a strong advantage)
💼Proven track record in sales and distribution channel management
🤝Strong client-facing and relationship management skills, with a proven ability to build trust with institutions and decision-makers
🌎Has lived outside Thailand for at least 2 years — demonstrates international exposure and understanding of global standards
🧩Comfortable working independently without a local team initially — self-starter and entrepreneurial mindset
