At Mediashock, we believe campaign success can come from deeper understanding instead of flashy creative impulses. We are looking for an analytical, business-minded Account Servicing Trainee (B2B) to join us on our marketing campaigns.
You will work with some of the biggest names in cloud, cybersecurity, and enterprise AI across Asia — directly alongside our senior team from day one. You don't need to arrive knowing what these industries mean. You need to be the type who goes home, opens a tab, and figures it out anyway. Fair warning — you will sit in briefings and not understand everything. That is expected. What we need is someone who treats that discomfort as a starting point, not a stop sign.
What You Will Do
- Support the planning and responsible for live execution of client content programs across APAC: webinars, flagship events and regional digital content. Virtually from day one, on the ground regionally as you grow into the role
- Work alongside senior account leaders to translate client needs into actionable production plans
- Dive into enterprise tech content — learning the industries, trends, and stories that matter to our clients' buyers
- Manage project timelines and deliverables with meticulous attention to schedules and budgets
Who You Are
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field. Candidates from other fields with a strong penchant for business and marketing will be considered
- Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Problem-solving abilities when facing ambiguous or changing circumstances
- Comfortable working across diverse cultural contexts
- Prior knowledge of video production, livestreaming, or events is a bonus
- Proficient in Google Workspace
- Willing to travel regionally
- You understand that the best people in this industry don't separate thinking from doing. You are as comfortable rolling up your sleeves on a production day as you are building a project timeline the day before
