Role Overview:
We are hiring for a Member of Technical Staff, Enterprise AI to deliver technical leadership in artificial intelligence solutions for enterprise-scale applications. This work involves designing, developing, and deploying AI systems that integrate with existing enterprise infrastructure while ensuring compliance with industry standards. The role requires deep technical expertise in AI frameworks and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and implement AI models and algorithms tailored for enterprise use cases, including machine learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing enterprise systems and workflows.
• Optimize model performance for scalability, latency, and cost efficiency in production environments.
• Conduct code reviews, performance benchmarks, and architectural assessments to maintain system reliability.
• Document technical specifications, deployment procedures, and best practices for internal and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML development with a focus on enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one deep learning framework such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Experience with cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure, particularly in deploying AI models at scale.
• Strong understanding of data pipelines, MLOps practices, and CI/CD workflows for AI systems.
• Ability to design and implement scalable APIs and microservices for AI integration.
