Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development and QA teams to define and implement test strategies
- Design, develop and execute automated tests using Selenium or Cypress
- Enhance automation frameworks for improved coverage and reliability
- Perform API testing and analyze test results to provide actionable insights
- Maintain testing governance frameworks and conduct regular audits to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by integrating relevant industry tools and practices based on current trends
Requirements
- Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies and governance
- Hands-on experience in test automation with Selenium or Cypress
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript
- Experience with web technologies including HTML and CSS
- Familiarity with version control using Git and continuous integration tools like Jenkins
- Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive API testing
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
- Ability to develop and maintain practical testing artefacts and standards
