[What we are looking for]
Proven experience in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Development, Building and Property Management, or a related field
Confident negotiator who can effectively engage both internal and external stakeholders
Experienced in leading and developing a team
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills
Relevant experience in managing leasing, advertising and promotion for retail malls / integrated developments will be a plus
