Centre for Foundational Studies - Lecturer (Foundational Studies)

[What you will be working on]

Facilitate student learning and develop curricula and/or contribute to areas such as:
Life Design
Critical Thinking and Innovation
Communication and Public Speaking
Computing and Digital/AI Foundations
Social Impact and Sustainability
Science (Physics / Chemistry / Biology)
Design and deliver engaging lessons and co-curricular activities to enhance learning and foster holistic student development.
Create a positive and well-managed classroom environment that drives positive learning outcomes and supports student success.
Collaborate with module teams to ensure seamless lesson delivery, share best practices, and continuously improve teaching quality.
Provide pastoral care and academic guidance to support students in their educational and career pathways.
Contribute to action research projects to enhance teaching and learning competencies and provide valuable insights to the educational community.
Undertake administrative duties to ensure smooth operations and contribute to the efficiency of the programs at the centre.

Relevant teaching experience, including curriculum development, assessment, and online course design and delivery.
Experience with EdTech tools and AI.
Hold a qualification in a related field.
