Job Description
- Own the technical relationship with enterprise clients, aligning cloud strategies to business needs
- Design scalable architectures across IaaS, PaaS, and AI offerings
- Lead technical reviews, risk assessments, and proactive solution planning
- Troubleshoot and escalate complex issues with support from global teams
- Drive feature adoption and act as the voice of the customer for internal product teams
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years in cloud consulting, solution architecture, or technical account management
- Hands-on with public cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent at customer engagement across technical and business teams
- Certifications (e.g., ACA, AWS, Azure) and industry experience in fintech, gaming, or e-commerce are a strong plus
