Job Description

Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop dashboards, reports, and SQL-based analyses to support business decision-making and performance tracking.
Investigate operational issues, identify root causes, and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
Design, document, and continuously improve operational workflows, SOPs, and best practices across regional markets.
Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, and local stakeholders to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
Track key project milestones, operational KPIs, and productivity metrics, providing regular updates to management.
Support the rollout of new operational initiatives, tools, and automation solutions across multiple markets.
Conduct data-driven evaluations of operational changes and recommend improvements based on business impact.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and help build scalable operational frameworks for regional teams.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, Operations Research, or related disciplines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex business problems into actionable solutions.
Comfortable working with data and performance metrics, able to use SQL for data extraction and analysis.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Self-driven, curious, and eager to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
Experience in consulting, operations, analytics, process improvement, or project management is advantageous.
