The Client Service Associate is part of a dynamic team providing concierge level customer service and patient care at Minmed Screening Centres. The Client Service Associate is an important touch point and a service ambassador when participants visit us for their health screening.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a high level of customer care to participants who visit us for their health screening
- Manage participants’ enquiries and appointments in a professional manner
- Assist with clinical procedure such as ECG and other biometric measurements
- Keep proper clinical records in line with requirements of MOH
- Maintain good housekeeping and perform other duties which may be assigned
Requirements
- Diploma education
- Experience in healthcare or clinic setting advantageous
- Applicants with Hospitality background is an advantage
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong customer and service oriented posture
