Job Description
Provide support to the Medical Affairs and Clinical Governance team for NUHS@Home, the Hospital-at-Home programme that delivers safe, effective, and patient-centred care outside the traditional hospital setting.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incident reporting and maintain the incident database.
- Collate clinical audit reports in a timely manner, follow up on recommendations, and maintain the audit database.
- Support committee activities and identify opportunities to streamline processes and address areas for improvement.
- Assist in preparation for MOH licensing and accreditation audits.
- Compile accurate data for clinical quality initiatives, including process indicators.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the reporting officer or the institution.
Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification. Diploma or Degree in any disciple.
- Medical / Nursing / Healthcare Management degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare services
