Role Summary

Key Duties

  • Manage full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Define and control project scope, timeline, and budget
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate with internal teams to track progress and resolve issues
  • Act as main liaison between clients, vendors, and stakeholders
  • Provide clear project updates, reports, and documentation
  • Facilitate meetings to align expectations and resolve concerns
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and contract terms
  • Support vendor coordination and contract administration
  • Work closely with Project Managers to drive successful delivery

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of Project Management or Coordination experience
  • Strong knowledge of project methodologies (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent preferred)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Experience with tools such as MS Project, Jira, or Primavera
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities
