Tenancy Management
[What you will be working on]
Implement leasing strategies and plans for commercial properties
To develop and maintain good relations with tenants and attend to feedbacks/appeals/ rental payment and arrears
Develop deeper understanding of customer needs pertaining to space requirements and utilisation
Manage tenant/ Managing Agent relationships and negotiate lease renewals
Formulate and review leasing policies and processes
Coordinate property maintenance and repair works with contractors/ Managing Agents
Prepare monthly reports annual budget and P&L for portfolio
[What we are looking for]
Relevant Experience In The Real Estate Industry Preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication (both written and oral) skills
Able to work well both independently and in a team
Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
Background in building and project facilities management or equivalent
