Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements from stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Prepare and maintain requirement documents, process flows, and system design documentation.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, workshops, and stakeholder discussions.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend suitable system solutions.
- Design and document system workflows, data mappings, integration interfaces, and API requirements.
- Collaborate with development, testing, and business teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Agile and SDLC activities including planning, requirement reviews, and change management.
- Prepare test scenarios, test cases, and support SIT/UAT activities.
- Investigate defects, coordinate issue resolution, and support production releases.
- Ensure system documentation is updated and aligned with governance and compliance standards.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Skills-
- Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of Java, Spring Framework, Microservices architecture, and API integration concepts.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, XML, and system integration.
- Strong SQL and database knowledge.
- Familiarity with system design, data mapping, and workflow analysis.
- Experience with project collaboration and documentation tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:-
- Knowledge of API security concepts and integration best practices.
- Experience with enterprise application architecture and domain-driven design principles.
- Exposure to cloud platforms and modern application development practices.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment, and production support activities.
Requirements:- - Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Relevant experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, Technical Analyst, or similar role.
- Experience working with enterprise applications, system integrations, and software delivery projects.
- Strong documentation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
