Job Description

Develop & Execute Business Development Strategy: Formulate and implement effective business expansion plans aligned with the company's strategic goals to drive rapid business growth.
Expand & Maintain Partnerships: Actively explore overseas markets, establishing long-term and stable cooperative relationships with KOLs, third-party platforms, and other partners to secure high-quality resources for the company.
Lead Team to Achieve Sales Targets: Build and lead a high-performing BD team, devise sales strategies, and drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Market Insight & Strategy Optimization: Closely monitor market dynamics in the Hong Kong and US stock markets, analyze competitors and industry trends, and refine market strategies accordingly.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, product, and R&D teams to optimize product offerings and marketing capabilities, enhancing overall company growth efficiency.

Job Requirements

Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in the Hong Kong and US stock (HK/US Equities) sector, with extensive industry resources.
Overseas Expansion: Proven ability in overseas market development, possessing excellent cross-cultural communication skills and strong business negotiation tactics.
Results-Driven: Strong goal orientation with a proven track record of achieving targets; exceptional market sensitivity and business acumen.
Communication & Learning Agility: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills; fast learner with high self-drive and initiative.
Leadership: Excellent team management capabilities, with the ability to motivate team members and lead them to achieve objectives.
