Deliverables
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies for three real estate companies
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
- Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Manage community engagement, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Coordinate with internal teams to align content with business objectives and brand guidelines
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure innovative content delivery
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in social media management and content creation for business accounts
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their respective best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a keen eye for visual content
- Availability for ongoing, long-term remote work
