Job Description

Responsibility:

Managing Account Receivable

Following up on overdue invoices and late payments

Ensure timely collection to maintain healthy cash flow

Collaborating with sales team and clients to address queries or discrepancies

Updating AR reports

Any other adhoc duties assigned by superior

Maintain DSO not higher than 50 days

Maintain AR past due % @

AR > 120 days - no repetitive customer for 3 months (continuously)

Education & Certifications:

Minimum GCE O Level and above

Requirement:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Credit Control or related role
Meticulous and detail-oriented
Proficiency Microsoft office applications
Good communication and interpersonal skill
Experience in Oracle system
Able to work in a fast paced and rapidly changing environment
