A joint venture company between Rolls-Royce Plc and SIA Engineering Company. The company first started operations in 2001 and has since become a market leader for both engine overhaul and component repair services.
As a result of sustained business growth, SAESL has continued to expand its facilities and develop new capabilities for both its engine overhaul and component repair businesses. The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, this includes Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art Engine Test Facility that supports our best-in-class engine turnaround times.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute daily priorities based on inputs from the Master Scheduler, CR Planner, and ICRON schedule.
- Plan and manage daily workload in collaboration with the Cell Lead to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Prioritize line and equipment constraints to ensure controlled and efficient operations.
- Monitor and track parts Estimated Time of Completion (ETC) dates to ensure delivery alignment.
- Monitor OMAT consumption rates and maintain visibility of safety stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.
- Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely issue resolution.
- Track, analyze, and report delays within the ICRON system, ensuring accurate operational visibility.
- Monitor tool calibration status within the cell to ensure compliance and operational readiness.
Qualification / Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline; prior planning experience is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates without the stated qualification but with relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and SAP for data analysis, reporting, and planning activities.
- Strong understanding of planning and control processes within an operational environment.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Strong team player with a collaborative and proactive working approach.
