The Role

Job Description

Manage Green Rating process of projects and ensure target achievement, such as GBI, GreenRE, LEED, Green Mark, ILFI etc.
Mechanical experience including dynamic simulation – IES, CFD
Experience in HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning) and chiller audits.
Project management for local and overseas projects (e.g. design, computation, M&E, facilitation & advisory, etc.)
Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
Conduct all necessary calculations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc.
Other adhoc related tasks

Ideal Profile

Job Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in related field
Willing to travel
Can work independently as well as in small teams
Able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task
Good communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, with attention to detail
Good report writing skills
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
Proficient Microsoft Office and other IT software.
