Your Key Roles & Responsibilities Include

Support Project Managers for an end-to-end project implementation of a regional payment system, including planning, execution, monitoring and release.
Support Project Planning activities, including preparing timelines, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
Track project tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues under the guidance of project managers.
Working with BAs and help manage and coordinate activities throughout the SDLC, including requirements gathering, Testing (UAT), Training, etc.
Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and procedures
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure project alignment with organizational priorities

RequirementsWhat You Should Have

At least 3 years of experiences in banking payment operation, preferably in corporate banking
Good understanding of payment processes, clearing systems, instant payments, cross-border payments (SWFIT), RTGS, etc.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
Experience in system related project (as project members or end users) is a must.
Prior experiences in the implementation of Finastra GPP will be advantageous
Strong analytical, problem- solving and decision making skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to adapt to changes
Experience in core banking system projects including transaction processing systems, accounting system, etc. from user side will be advantageous.
Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region
