Report to Assistant Membership Manager

Conduct guided site tours to prospects.

Assisting with the room guests’ check-in and explaining the in-room facilities.

Perform check-out of room guests efficiently

Maintain reception counter and lobby cleanliness.

Ensuring all billings are accurate

Update of members’ profiles, addresses, and membership data via Mailchimp and Club2000.

Administer membership status transfers, terminations, absences, terms, etc.

Work closely with the finance department.

Administer new/lost membership cards.

Organize proper filing (hard and soft copies) of application forms, correspondence, documentation (including scanning of all existing and new application forms).

Update e-mail addresses in Mailchimp for the weekly newsletter.

Coordinate with editor, proofreader, printer, and distributor.

Ensure addresses are complete and correct for the distributor.

Liaison between members and the magazine editor for in-house magazine interview sessions.

Assist the Membership Manager with ongoing and new project work and membership drive campaigns/events.


Job Requirement

Min 1 year of customer service, member relations, or frontline related experience, preferred from the country club or hotel industry.

Highly organized and demonstrating strong self-initiative

Good communication skills

Positive attitude and willingness to excel and learn

Strong customer /member orientation

Good knowledge of Word and Excel


Other Information

Working Place: Bukit Timah (Transport provided at Sixth Ave MRT)

Working hours: Rotating shifts between 9 am to 6 pm & 11 am to 8 pm (5 days work per week, including PH and weekend)
