This role plays a critical part in supporting Business Development activities within the High Net Worth (HNW) team, and will report to the Group Head of High Net Worth. The primary focus is to ensure smooth execution of the sales process, coordinate across divisions, and implement strategies to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness. You will provide operational and process support to the Private Wealth Advisory Team and HNW Distribution Team.
- Contribute to achieving divisional goals and overall business objectives.
- Prepare and manage all sales operational processes and documentation to support business activities.
- Review and update SOPs annually to ensure alignment with process changes.
- Participate in process reviews with internal departments and external distributors/partners, driving resolutions to improve efficiency.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal and external partners, and coordinate with other divisions (e.g., Group Ops, GRM) to address issues and concerns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to respond to queries from partners and the advisory team.
- Provide process support to the Private Wealth Advisory Team and business support for HNW business.
- Lead or participate in projects undertaken by the section.
- Prepare reports as requested by Group collaboration partners, including OCBC and BOS.
- Perform any other related administrative tasks and projects as assigned
