Duties & Responsibilities
Provide superior customer service to meet on-site client’s expectations
Vendor Management of maintenance providers in accordance with JLL’s vendor management guidelines.
Ensure staff, contractors and visitors comply with health and safety guidelines, policies and rules.
Responsibility for escorting vendors in a high security environment
Ensure full compliance with all security guidelines, policies and rules
Review contractor Permits & Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS) prior to works being undertaken on site
Assist to coordinate maintenance activities, including the efficient completion of Work Requests on database.
Assist to conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are complied with
Seek ways to constantly improve operational standards
Support requests associated with Jones Lang LaSalle Management, Operations and Financial audits
Required Knowledge, Skills And Abilities
Very strong customer service ability
Must possess a demonstrated ‘can-do’ attitude and thrive on challenges;
Fluent English language required.
Able to cooperate and work well with others to meet targets;
Able to interact with the all levels client staff and vendors confidently and with ease, including senior client stakeholders
Goal-oriented – able to focus on meeting all performance targets;
Problem-solving skills – capacity to deal with ambiguity and solve complex problems effectively;
Able to work independently and responsibly with minimal supervision;
Prioritize and manage the completion of operational works in an efficient and timely manner;
Ability to quickly learn how to use any Company required software may be required;
Physically capable of performing tasks such as heavy lifting and ascending ladders.
Basic business finance knowledge an advantage.
