Pros: I've gotta say, the base salary for a Software Engineer at DevHub is pretty competitive for this mid-sized tech company. Plus, they gave a solid WFH setup stipend, which is nice when you're remote from Atlanta, GA.
Cons: The benefits package isn't great. There's no 401k match, which is a bummer, and the limited PTO means it's tough to take long breaks. For a tech industry company, I expected a bit more here.
Advice to Management: Consider adding a 401k match and increasing PTO for remote Software Engineer roles to be more competitive in the market.
