Leadership Can Be Tough in This Corporate Setting

DKSH is a big player in market expansion services. As a Sales Executive, I've seen some good things, but leadership could definitely improve. It's a typical corporate environment.


Pros

Some direct managers are really supportive and give good guidance, especially in the Singapore office. You learn a lot about distribution logistics here.


Cons

Higher-level leadership often seems out of touch with day-to-day operations for sales roles. Decisions can feel arbitrary, and there's not much clear direction for career growth sometimes. It makes it tough to feel motivated.


Advice to Management
