Job Responsibilities
• Responsible to ensure all company controlled documentation are fully compliance.
• Follow document control procedure, ensuring all documentation meets formal requirements and required standards
• Assist in project filing system and maintain project records, correspondences, and documents
• Arrange meetings, minutes taken and distribute minutes.
• Keep track of and report on project progress, update technical documents (e.g. manuals and workflows)
• Sorting, storing and retrieving electronic documents for relevant department
• To organise and distribute documents within a company.
• Helping in the planning stages of a specific project.
• Ad-hoc work as assigned by the management. Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager orderly and efficiently.
• Complete any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner
Requirements and skills
• Proven work experience with Degree with 2 years as a Document Controller or similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Highly organized and able to multitask and oversee several projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficient typing and editing skills
• Be able to work independently and at the same time possess good team spirit
• Data organization skills
