Job Description of Quality Assurance Analyst
1. Review requirements and specifications documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback.
2. Responsible for creation of test plans, test cases and test scripts. Ensure that test coverage is sufficient.
3. Perform testing, report and track defects found.
4. Follow up with developers/stakeholders until all found defects during testing are resolved in a timely manner.
5. Provide test execution reports and statuses on a daily and weekly basis.
6. Perform other tasks as assigned by the manager from time to time.

Key Accountabilities/Duties
In the context of Kyriba Bank communication project, you will be in charge of:
• Assess the existing payment formats cum processes in order to migrate them to Kyriba Bank Communication tool
• Analyse the payment file structure against the bank file format specification
• Design, setup and maintain the payment profiles and functional setup of Kyriba Bank Communication tool
• Conduct and perform Unitary & Integration Testing phases consist of file format testing, bank connectivity testing and pivot file testing and validation through email and Swiftnet channel
• Perform Roll out of Kyriba solution or fixes for new or existing payment file formats
• Weekly or regular communication with stakeholders on project progress
Those activities will require a high level of coordination with different stakeholders or actors internally from MOA (PMO) Team and IT Team and externally from Banks, Airpaje and Kyriba.
In addition to your high involvement in the Bank Communication project, you will act as a Kyriba Payment expert in charge of:
• Kyriba payment module setup and maintenance in accordance with business requirement and SWIFT Standards whenever applicable
• Kyriba payment module evolution including setups of new entities, new payment formats and integration with ERP
• Contribute to the monitoring of production activity (i.e. hypercare) and provide first level support to the business users including analysis and troubleshooting to rectify production incidents and when needed with the solution provided by Kyriba support
• Coordintion of setup with Kyriba support for Kyriba administration (in accordance with the HO policy) including data permissions and access profile, and setup of user and user group, approval workflow, Kyriba menu map and fraud rules

Incumbent specification
• Education: Bachelor’s degree level or equivalent expertise with experience, knowledge of Banking and Treasury Management Systems and Bank Communication tool.
• Experiences: At least 2 years acquired in IT and/or Finance transformation projects, and possess the following knowledge:
o Payment format standards (e.g. XML PAIN, MT101)
o Bank Communication tool setup and maintenance
o Finance and/or Treasury knowledge
• Desired Competencies (Typical):
o Coordination and communication with Banks and other third parties (Business teams, IT teams, editor teams, integrator teams).
o Design Business requirements with Business stakeholders following a defined methodology.
