A day in the life
· Build out and oversee South East Asia Ambassador program strategy and operations taking into account the South East Asia Business objectives and Global Ambassador & Sports Marketing framework
· Develop pipeline and collaborate with cities and local community to identify the top talent in market. Maintain successful brand relationships with Ambassadors, Athletes and KOLs
· Create and execute events and brand partnerships around key brand moments
· Support market growth and category expansion as well as successful new store openings by creating sustainable and strategic community plans
· Manage Community Foundations including all Community Initiatives & Programs
Qualifications
· 5-8 years relevant experience in the marketing field with a high profile, globally branded organization
· Successful experience and proven ability to work well with others across the business in a matrix environment
· Capacity to work effectively with a wide range of people, build relationships, be diplomatic, and exhibit sensitivity to and understanding of the dynamics of a complex organization
· Effective written and communication skills. (Thai language is a plus)
· Sports Marketing or influencer marketing experience is a plus
· Ability to balance fun, innovation and bottom line business needs

About this team
You will define the strategy and support the delivery of the Asia Pacific e-commerce experience from awareness through conversion to loyalty/ advocacy while also leading the cross domain product strategy in South East Asia. Areas of focus will be the continued evolution of shopping functionality, education and branding, searching & browsing, guest checkout and post purchase activities, partnering with the APAC e-commerce team to identify key opportunities to improve the guest experience. As we grow in SE Asia you will partner with regional leadership to create and execute a regional expansion and localization strategy. You will be supported by a group of centrally managed technology teams and external partnerships and contribute to and guided by overarching global and regional digital strategies. Cross functional collaboration is key to prioritization and success in this role, with cross functional partners representing a broad range of backgrounds and disciplines (technology, brand, creative, ecommerce and merchandising). Outside of day to day work you will partner closely with technology leadership team to drive macro change and evolution required to support you vision of the guest experience.
You are a strong leader who can prioritize well, communicate clearly and in a compelling manner, and who understands how to drive a high level of focus and excellence. People development, excellent listening, writing skills and strong technical competency are essential. This position involves regular communication with senior leaders on product strategy, execution, budget, status and risks.
A day in the life:
· Create human-centered and disruptive shopping experiences focused on the APAC guest
· Manage both internal and external partnerships on programs from concept-to-delivery to ensure that products and roadmap priorities meet customer expectations and needs
· Monitor & identify customer/stakeholder needs staying current on industry standards and trends and respond by adjusting user experience and product roadmaps
· Working with market leaders on developing techonolgy and guest experience roadmaps across the entire commerce experience
· Support investigation of initiatives in partnership with central functional, product & IT teams
· Support digital product design & development across central platforms
Qualifications:
· 3+ years of digital retail experience with an emphasis on delivering guest-facing applications or customer service applications
· Experience in core product management processes, including intake, prioritization, and technical discovery
· Basic understanding in SQL and other data analysis tools like Adobe Analytics, especially using for experimentation and statistical analysis
· Experience with Salesforce commerce and marketing platforms, both in implementing existing functionality custom
· Collaboration across multiple disciplines (engineering to brand) and locations (North America, South America, Asia and Europe)
· Proven track record of delivering and deploying large and complex products in an agile environment
· Strong experience in localization across Asia with a focus on SE Asia and South Korea
· Demonstrated experience representing APAC Region in diversity and inclusion strategies and programs
· Experience with digital technologies, media, e-commerce, payments, or subscription businesses
· Strong core consulting skills (demonstrated track record of quality delivery, interpersonal and cross-functional relationship skills)
· Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering mulit-year product strategies and roadmaps across multiple domains and markets
