Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategy Planning and Project Management

• Design and drive strategic planning to aid organisation in moving towards cloud hosting, cloud tools, cloud products, SaaS, PaaS, and Iaas.
• Drive project plan and monitor status and progress of cloud adoption.

Change Management

• Implement change management strategies with stakeholders across various functional areas.
• Conduct analysis, change impact assessment and support project teams to obtain governance or necessary approvals.

Governance and Process Improvement

• Support Secretariat for the committee responsible for driving adoption to cloud.
• Ensure new and existing policies remain practical and relevant to operational needs.

Engagement Lead

• Drive engagement plans with stakeholders across healthcare sector.
• Align plans with broader organisation objectives and priorities.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Degree from recognised university.
• Familiar with change management, engagement and project management approaches, tools and methodology.
• Meticulous and possess strong analytical and organisation skills.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in implementing cloud hosting, cloud tools, cloud products are preferred.
