The HR and Admin Manager will be managing the HR and Admin functions for Malaysia (KL) and Singapore offices. Total headcount is about 30. This rile will report to the General Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of HR operations, including employee lifecycle management, benefits administration, payroll management, and HRIS management. Experience in managing employee records, generating HR reports, and ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
• Talent Acquisition: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting and candidate sourcing to conducting interviews and facilitating the on-boarding/induction process.
• HR Policies and Compliance: Maintain HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations in SGP and M/SIA. Recommending improvements and implementing changes as necessary.
• Lead administration relating to HR key initiatives including performance management, compensation, promotion cycles, job changes. Administer performance management processes including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
• Employee Engagement: Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction. Organize and participate in company events to promote a positive work culture.
• Admin Function: Ensure office administration and purchasing processes are well documented and accountable for.

Requirements

• Hold a qualification in Human Resource/Business Admin with min 5 years of relevant experiences. Those who are Senior HR Executive or Assistant Manager with relevant experience are welcome to apply)
• Well-versed in Singapore and Malaysia labour laws and regulations
• Good communication (written and verbal) and organisational skills
• Independent as well as be able to work well in a team
• Detailed, Pro-active, hands-on, self-motivated and eager to acquire knowledge.
• Solid problem-solving skill and experience in working in a fast-paced environment.

Senior Events Executive

The role would include:

• To be an effective member of the events team responsible for the end-to-end management of a wide variety of B2B/B2C hybrid/virtual event projects across different clients and across multiple regions. This includes the ability to deliver high-quality events with a highly proactive as well as reactive approach with the ability to build trusted relations with the client base.
• Support the management of events on-site and attendance at all managed live events locally and overseas (B2B:conferences, seminars, gala dinners, overseas incentive trips, etc. B2C: Marketing Campaigns, Roadshows, Festivals,etc) and virtual events taking a lead management role to bring the event project to fruition.
• Support the management of live events on-site/virtually throughout APAC.
• Pre-event management including taking detailed client briefs, preparing proposals, constructing budgets and timelines, attending client meetings and working closely with creative teams, copywriters, printers, audio-visual suppliers, external venues and other 3rd party suppliers to ensure projects are executed professionally, on time, and within budget and client expectations.
• Financial control of event projects, including complete cost control throughout the project ensuring best-negotiated rates and delivery of each campaign within budget.
• Project management of project ensuring that all deliverables are delivered ahead of schedule and to the highest possible standard regardless of the size or scale of events. Including the detailed planning of all events with the production of timelines, proposals, project plans and regular communication with the client.
• Account management and client nurture. Client communications are an essential aspect of the role. The role also requires the individual to add value to client campaigns and events, with the ability to offer advice to the client with regard to best practices and achieving the best ROI from their event.
• Attendance at client and supplier meetings and briefings.

Essential Requirements

• The ideal candidate will be an existing Event Executive with a minimum of 1-2 years+ of experience in organising virtual/live events, meetings and exhibitions.
• Agency experience would be an advantage
• Comprehensive understanding of the B2B and B2C events
• Ability to understand client objectives and interpret them to develop an integrated event strategy (including good listening and questioning skills)
• Excellent organiser – must have experience in managing multiple events at any one time with the ability to multi-task and prioritise based upon the event requirements.
• Strong project manager – able to juggle multiple tasks smoothly, organized, have good time management and be in control.
• Managing the client's and colleagues’ expectations accurately with the ability to meet agreed deadlines.
• Immaculate attention to detail
• Financial control - experience in producing client-facing budgets and closely tracking campaign costs.
• Team player - happy to take instructions but also work independently and proactively when required.
• Confident and positive attitude – this is a client-facing role that needs a happy, enthusiastic and professional person who is happy to get involved in a wide range of marketing/event activities and understands how to liaise and present themselves in front of clients and suppliers within a working environment.
• Self-motivated and driven - they must be committed to what the role entails, can embrace the challenges and be hungry to learn.
• Excel, Word and PowerPoint literate – a good understanding and experience in working with spreadsheets and creating proposals and presentations in PowerPoint
• Calm under pressure – The ability to be able to work independently when needed, be forward-thinking and use initiative. Ability to make reactive decisions confidently and coherently on-site at events quickly that are the right decision and articulate to the wider team in a positive way.
• Experience in or inquisitive about virtual events and social media and have knowledge of its role in B2B marketing and event management.

Senior Technician

Applies technical skill and dexterity in the the operation of connectivity of processing equipment to the company's global manufacturing Process Control Network used in production to meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, and manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for project detail design, prototype, commissioning/protocol execution and testing completed systems
• Work with cross-functional teams on projects related to machine and/or process improvement and software process optimization.
• Assist Engineer or immediate supervisor on the integration and troubleshooting of both hardware and software on site connectivity and equipment programming
• Collect and analyse data, identify root cause(s) and provide resolution to problems.
• Provide support to mechanical and validation/process engineers on site verification and documentation
• Plan and optimize time, resources and materials required for projects and trial runs.
• Coordinate and manage factory testing in both vendor and plant premises
• Raise purchase requisition for project and spare part
• Backup for SCADA engineer on management of equipment software, SCADA and BMS
• Plan and design on networking/cabling work for devices
• Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control

Education and Experience:

• National ITE Certificate (NITEC) or Diploma in Computer Engineer / electronic and electrical engineering, 3 years experience demonstrated track record of previous related experience with working knowledge of troubleshooting or setting up of various automation systems (distributed control systems, programmable logic controllers, SCADA system) or similar experience

Requirements:

• Ability to understand P&ID, electrical schematic drawing and specification.
• Experience in PLC logic and programming (e.g., Allen Bradley (Logix 5000), Siemens (Step7), Elau, Bosch, Omron, Modicon, GE Fanuc, B&R, Mitsubishi, VB, SQL, Wonderware InTouch, RS View, Siemens, Labview, Factory Talk, GE Cimplicity)
• Knowledge in Alen Bradley & Siemens PLC and Wonderware SCADA for troubleshooting automation systems.
• Experience in new process or equipment validation such as IQOQ & PQ
• Good communication skills
• Able to read, comprehend, speak, and write English
• Good computer skills, including MS Office
• In-house training on specialty equipment operations
• Strict attention to detail
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing and Good Documentation Practices supporting a medical device environment
• Must be able to work in a team environment and with minimum supervision, including inter-departmental teams and with other departments
