Key Responsibilities:

· Manage incoming calls and deliver consistent advice & support to customers on our services and memberships in accordance with the company’s service standards

· Packing order and preparing invoice and issuing D.O. for packing, taking and processing orders via POS and other platforms if necessary

· Managing customers and enquiry thru email and phone, resolve customers’ enquiries, complaints and feedback

· Overall in-charge for daily sales and stocktake in and out

· Cashiering and Bank in cash

· Corporate with manager and supervisor

Key Requirements:

· Only applicable for Singaporean/Permanent Resident

· Preferable for male applicants

· Able to carry stock more than 10kg and long standing hours

· Excellent communication in English and listening skills with the ability to empathize and provide solutions to the customers

· Able to work on rotating shift (including weekdays and weekends)

The primary duties of the Order Fulfillment Assistant (counter assistant) will include the following:

- pick and pack products ordered on-site or ordered online by customers (members)

- key in invoices for orders on-site

- collect payment which include credit card, NETS and cash

- collect stock that arrived from third party warehouse, and arrange stock in the storeroom

- doing stock count, and update stock level

- answer basic questions about products (health supplements and personal care products)

- multi-task as part of a small team

Among the requirements expected of candidates are:

- being able to carry stock up to 14 kg

- being able to learn to use order fulfillment system

- being able to work well as part of a team

- being able to work during workdays and half-day Saturdays
