Purpose Statement

The APAC EDUCARE team makes medical education and training accessible for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and internal Sales employees on online learning platforms. We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to provide user-friendly content and drive innovative solutions, ensuring that HCPs receive a world-class continuous education experience, so that more patient lives can be saved.

The Digital Learning Product Owner is a go-getter and change agent who has a clear vision of the future of medical education and digital learning. Purpose Statement

The Business Development (BD) Manager that will be part of the ICTx PAT team, will play a key role in New Business Development and partnerships with the aim of expanding the ICTx portfolio for long term sustainable growth. Although the role will be APAC focus, opportunities will be explored at global level. He/she will work with the ICTx Commercial managers and global ICTx marketing, to explore and evaluate opportunities. He/she will coordinate collaboration with existing business development teams within APAC as well as other functions, to assess new opportunities, conduct due diligence, evaluate and negotiate potential deal structures and terms. The person will need to be proficient with financial modeling and help manage ongoing relationships with partner companies. This person will report to the Commercial Director of ICTx.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain deep understanding of medical devices and understand the area of ICTx (Coronary Therapies and Structural Heart) franchises
• In partnership with ICTx commercial managers

1. Participate in necessary KOL engagement and VOCs to explore opportunities
2. Examine adjacency opportunities to BSC ICTx core businesses
3. Articulate and evaluate strategic fit of an opportunity to our portfolio

• Act as entry point and contact for external entities approaching BSC for partnership
• Conduct and/or support deal analysis to include

Key Qualifications

• Proven track record of Product Marketing with strategic planning & execution with strong KOL and stakeholder management in medical industry is essential to succeed in this role
• Experience with upstream marketing initiative that involved collaboration with &D and Business development groups

WHAT WILL YOU BE REPONSIBLE FOR?

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Quality Specialist is responsible to improve awareness, visibility, and communication on quality initiatives to support assigned departmental, functional, site, divisional and corporate quality goals, and priorities. Purpose Statement

This role will drive business development and growth of the Electrophysiology franchise/ products across ASEAN, Korea, India, Hong Kong and Taiwan through market/ competitive analysis, use customer and own technical insights to develop/ enhance products/ product line(s), work collaboratively with regional and global stakeholders and ensure implementation of AP Franchise Plan, budget and marketing excellence standards in line with regional marketing objectives.

The individual will collaborate closely with the Portfolio Acceleration Team to provide customer insights, portfolio gaps and market regulatory needs to ensure faster launch and market access for products.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy Planning: Support the strategic planning efforts for the franchise across relevant countries in the region through mapping the market, identifying potential gaps and exploiting new opportunities in line with franchise strategy and global guidelines to drive growth of the franchise
• Business Planning: Develop/ support Annual Operating Plans (AOP) and lead execution of AOP (budgets/ resources/ activities etc.) for the franchise across relevant countries in the region

Qualifications

Purpose Statement

The Analyst / Senior Analyst, Global Internal Audit (GIA) will be responsible for leading, planning, organizing and executing internal audits throughout the Company (including internal control, financial, operational, compliance, consulting, and fraud investigation). Entities to be reviewed may include international sales offices and shared service locations, Corporate and divisional functions, manufacturing plants, distribution centers and acquired/divested businesses.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Obtaining an understanding of the business areas under review, and the business and compliance risks associated with those areas, in order to develop effective risk based audit approach
• Working closely with GIA managers in developing the project risk assessment for the project plan and scope, documenting project scope and approach, and drafting applicable audit procedures
• Performing various audit procedures to assess the following as it relates to the business areas under review:

1. Adequacy of internal control environment,
2. Efficiency/effectiveness of business processes,
3. Accuracy of financial statements,

• Demonstrated understanding of the relationship of information systems, internal controls and business processes and the underlying risks
