Reporting to the Senior Analytics Manager in the Integrity team, you will be a key analytics partner in operationalizing the Unified Risk Platform that manages risk across the Grab Ecosystem. You will conduct deep-dive analysis on user behaviors, product funnels, and transaction patterns to identify potential risks and new fraud typologies on our partner platforms. Your data-driven insights will directly guide the design of risk detection strategies, the optimization of shared AI/Machine Learning models, and the implementation of crucial risk controls to safeguard a diverse user base from multiple types of fraud and financial crime.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will be the subject matter expert in using data to analyze fraud loss, business/product performance, and the effectiveness of risk controls across different Grab business verticals.
• You will lead the identification of new fraud and risk patterns, developing data-driven rules and strategies to address potential risks using advanced methods like Graph-Based Detection.
• You will conduct statistical analyses to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of detection systems, maintaining data and rule integrity.

Your Responsibilities

Financial Control & Reporting

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, treasury, tax, and compliance

The Role

The Enterprise Delivery Consultant is a key role responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of services for Intellect’s enterprise clients. This position requires a balance of client-facing relationship management and internal operational oversight to ensure that accounts remain profitable, scalable, and aligned with contractual obligations.

• Strategic Account Management & Revenue Growth
