Requirements

· Around 2 years of prior work experience in Talent Acquisition and/ or Human Resource is required.

· Excellent academic background in Human Resource, Finance, Accounts, Business, and / or related function.

· Prior experience in campus recruitment at a financial institution is required

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Strong interpersonal skills with initiative; an outgoing personality will be an advantage

· Ability to work as a team with interest to learn

· Ability to work independently with little supervision, resourceful, meticulous and organized

· Knowledge of Singapore Employment Act would be a plus

· Proficient in Microsoft Word / Excel / Power Point. Ability to use technology to automate daily processes will be highly desirable.

Your core responsibilities involves

• Scheduling sales meetings with potential clients
• Updating current clients on company developments
• Handling administrative tasks tied to sales services

It's crucial to note that this position is entirely remote, demanding self-sufficiency and discipline. The salary range is $3,000 - $6,000 monthly. Candidates should possess a minimum of "A" Level, diploma, or degree qualifications.

The Job:

• Develop and maintain financial models for the consolidation of the product monthly outlooks, quarterly Forecasts and annual financial and strategic plans.
• Analyzes, interprets and makes recommendations with regard to operating results compared to forecasts, financial plans and budgets.
• Analyzes, interprets and instigates intervention where appropriate during ongoing projects Assist the Commercial Finance Manager with the coordination and preparation the Product line forecasting process.
• Assist the Commercial Finance Manager with the coordination of the forecast and planning processes to ensure schedule due dates are achieved.
• Develops financial models for use in the analysis process.
• Advise management (operations and finance) of actual expenses and forecasts, trends and actions required.
• Advise controllership function on control lapses and requirements.
• Participate and drive local team meetings to focus on actions required and trends to be addressed with data and personal relationship with other team members

The Requirements:

• Min Degree in Finance/ Accountancy with 5-7 years of relevant working experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Require someone with strong FA background (not Accounting) and has experience working in a fast paced global environment
