1. Maintain and monitor project plans,project schedules ,working hours, budgets,and expenditures.
2.Develop an in-depth understanding of project scope and details e.g:outcomes
3.Assess Project risks & foreseeable issues,and provide solutions where applicable
4.Estimating,documenting,and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
5.Assits with QA & QC process ,safety & ISO matters
6.Prepare a material list ,cutting list ,and produce ad-hoc drawings to assits fabrications
7.Provide administrative support as needed
8.To study tender / construction drawings ,specifications and contracts to understand project requirements
9. Plan and schedule work squences for contruction operation, according to the Project Management Plan and master construction programme
10.Laise with consultans,client & main /sub-contractors and coordinate for site activities arrangement and work progress supervision.
11.Coordinate with internal team to ensure effective communication
12.Perform site inspection and ensure that the work are carried out basedon the project specification and construction drawing/final approved drawing from authorities.
13.Any other work as assigned by Project Manager
