• Have delivery and pre-sales experience in ASEAN region
• Ability to THINK out of box, generate ideas for innovative new offerings; develop the value proposition leveraging SAP skills and IBM assets, credentials and offerings
• Prepare and Participate in Orals and PoC demos; ability to design the demo scenarios and manage a small team for demo preparation within short time cycle available
• Mentor other solution architects and delivery team members to guide them solve client issues
• Participate in delivery projects as a SME; problem solving
• Proven team management skills along with excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Superior problem-solving skills with a client success focus
