此人
要成功擔任此職位，候選人應具備會計資格，學士學位或 ACCA/CIMA 畢業生，並在房地產行業擁有豐富的經驗。如果您是MIA的會員，我們將給予您高度的尊重。
在類似的金融投資組合職位中擁有 5-8 年的豐富經驗將受到非常有利的考慮。
優秀的溝通能力（英語、國語和中文/國語）
精通 MFRS 會計標準。
良好的會計系統應用知識；了解 Noetic 會計系統是一個額外的優勢。
