Job Scope :-
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases.
- Providing administrative support to other team members or departments as needed.
- Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Processing invoices, expense reports, and reimbursements.
- Generating basic financial reports and summaries.
Requirement:-
- Able to speak mandarin and english
- Familiar with full set accounts
- Min 3 years above experience in related field
- Monday - Friday (9 am-6pm )
