Responsibilities:

• Control and operate printing machine.
• Matches colors for print job per job request.
• Ensure production target met with efficiency and quality of products.
• Ensure printing machines are in good condition.
• Perform machine maintenance.
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws.
• Keep records of approved and defective units or final products.
• Maintain activity logs.
• Any other tasks related to printing machine.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a printing machine operator (4/5 color printing machine over 5 years experience preferable).
• Knowledge of printing technic, skills and printing machine

YOU WILL PLAY IMPORTANT ROLE IN

• Recruitment, selection and placement of manpower requirement in SDP as according to approved personnel requisition.
• To lead, supervise and monitor job performance of subordinates.
• Responsible for the administration of company benefits and welfare programme for all staffs such as leave/medical/uniforms etc.
• To be responsible for updating and computation of employee personnel records such as personal file, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation, termination etc.
• Responsible to create and maintain Prosoft system in a proper way to support attendance management and payroll computation. 
• To conduct exit interview for resignation and highlight to the management on any special issue if deemed necessary.
• To handle staff disciplinary issue, grievances and counseling in operational level. 
• Delivers progress reports and analysis to the Human Resource Manager as appropriate.
• Oversee Safety, Health, Environment and Training section

Requirements:

• Diploma in Human Resource / Business Administration or equivalent preferred.
• Possess a Safety Officer green book is an advantage.
• A hands-on person with minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in HR, EHS, Training Section in a fast paced manufacturing environment.

POSITION : SENIOR PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Responsibilities :

1. Develop and maintain process documentation ensuring that processes and procedures are clearly stated and understandable for all employees.
2. Monitor and report issues with injection molds, make recommendations for refurbishment based on production factors such as cycles, process capability and tooling history.
3. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to process technicians, mold setter, and material handler.
4. Provide technical support/ solutions to manufacturing processes, improve yield and throughput, drive cost reduction activities and improve on part quality.
5. Must be able to work independently on new process development as well as troubleshooting current production issues.
6. Facilitate and support facility and manufacturing safety, environmental, and ergonomics efforts.

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), or equivalent.
2. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English
