Job Description:

• Oversee the quality control activities including inspection/testing records on incoming goods (IQC), process inspection (PQC), final inspection (FQC), and product performance test.
• Raise defective product complaint reports to suppliers, especially on receiving product defects, in- process inspection, and product improvement.
• Conduct inspection on nonconformance products “Discrepant Material Report” (DMR) and register into the Epicor system on manufacturing products.
• Investigate defective products in production and customer complaints (RMA) and follow up with corrective actions taken to ensure effectiveness.
• Identify the cause of product failure and recommend a “Corrective Action Request” (CAR).
• Monitor and verify data collection on the “Overall Equipment Effectiveness” system (OEE) in Manufacturing/Production.
• Monitoring validation/calibration equipment (internal and external calibration provider).
• Assist internal and external audits such as SIRIM, ISO Management System, etc.
• Ensure all controlled documents and quality records are maintained according to procedures.
• Perform report, product inspection/testing samples from the vendor/research & development purpose

Responsible for supply plan activities for all products from 3rd party vendors within the portfolio assigned. Supply planning and prioritizing operations to ensure maximum performance, delivery fulfillment and revenue max-out in line with business performance. Supply planning factors in all aspects related to demand forecast, inventory (wafer / die / wip / FG), logistic and included the components of open and planned customer orders, on hand quantities, On time delivery/cycle time, material MOQ / lead time, safety stock, production leveling and demand chase.

• Function as a key member of platform and business teams providing supply status in relation to overall demand requirement (Forecast / Actual demand / Build Strategy) while facilitating effective communication between supply chain, OSAT (3rd party vendor) manufacturing, customer services, and all related support function.
• OSAT management - Plan and prepare Production Orders (POs) , overseeing all aspects of OSAT management including Work-in-Progress (WIP) movement, material shortages, and backlog resolution, ensuring timely shipping within target ship date / standard cycle time.
• Monitor order fulfillment progress, providing timely feedback and devising contingency plans. Coordinate monthly forecasts with OSAT, ensuring prompt follow-up and negotiation for delivery commitments.

Qualification:

• Graduated Bachelor’s Degree
• Experienced the same field minimum 5 years in manufacture Garment industry
• Strong leadership & good communication
• Good in English & have digital mindset
• Willing to be placed at Tangerang (Jatiuwung)
• Minimum Lean GREEN BELT
• Technical knowledge of the products is a must
• Strong process understanding from IMQC to finish-good wear house
• Ready to work long hours if necessarily (No clock watchers)
• Must be Male applicant

Job Descriptions:

• Set up and implement entire quality system; quality objective and quality management
• Consolidates information from other department & guide other department in quality awareness
• Measures factory quality performance in regular basis
• Communicates with both buyers & suppliers in quality matter
• Measures the supplier performance for marketing strategy
• Guide QC Department, to perform & maintain the quality processes
• Involves on development of sewing technique
• Involves on factory evaluation process from the customers or buyers
• Provides regular quality report for management review
• Anticipates the problem since incoming material up to finished garment, including the testing requirement
