Pengurus Kawasan bertanggungjawab ke atas keseluruhan pengurusan dan prestasi Pusat TuniTuni. Peranan ini menyelia operasi pusat harian, pertumbuhan pendaftaran pelajar, khidmat pelanggan dan fungsi pentadbiran.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

1. Pengurusan Pendaftaran & Pertumbuhan Perniagaan

• Mencapai dan menyokong sasaran pendaftaran pelajar dan objektif perniagaan pusat.
• Membangun dan melaksanakan strategi untuk menarik pelajar baharu dan mengekalkan pelajar sedia ada.

• Kenal pasti isu-isu operasi atau penyelenggaraan dan laporkannya kepada pihak pengurusan dengan segera.

3. Tanggungjawab Pentadbiran & Pelaporan

• Mengekalkan rekod pelajar yang tepat dan terkini termasuk borang pendaftaran, kehadiran, pembayaran dan rekod program.
• Gunakan CRM atau sistem pendaftaran untuk mengurus dan menjejaki maklumat pelajar dengan berkesan.
• Menyediakan dan menghantar laporan operasi yang diperlukan, termasuk laporan bulanan kepada pihak pengurusan.

4. Pengurusan Alat Pengajaran & Bahan Pembelajaran

• Memantau tahap inventori bahan pengajaran dan memastikan stok yang mencukupi dikekalkan.
• Menyelaras pesanan atau perolehan alatan dan bahan pengajaran apabila diperlukan.
• Mengurus dan merekodkan pergerakan atau pemindahan alatan mengajar antara pusat apabila perlu.
• Pastikan semua bahan disimpan, disusun dan diakaunkan dengan betul untuk mengelakkan kehilangan atau kerosakan.

Kelayakan & Keperluan:

1. Pendidikan

• Minimum Diploma atau Ijazah Sarjana Muda dalam Pentadbiran Perniagaan, Pendidikan, Pengurusan, Pemasaran atau bidang berkaitan.

2. Pengalaman Kerja

• Minimum 2–3 tahun pengalaman dalam operasi, pengurusan pusat pendidikan, khidmat pelanggan atau peranan berkaitan jualan.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF

The role

In this role, you will support both financial operations and executive coordination. You will manage APAC-focused financial administration while acting as a trusted partner to the CFO and CEO for scheduling, communication, and organisational support.

You will report directly to the CFO and work closely with the CEO on executive coordination.

Objectives

You will ensure smooth financial administration in APAC and enable leadership to operate efficiently and effectively.

Tasks

• Support APAC accounting processes (invoicing, payments, reconciliations, tracking)
• Work with systems such as Xero to maintain accurate financial records
• Coordinate with internal finance teams and external partners (accountants, banks)
• Assist with month-end processes and reporting preparation
• Manage CEO email, LinkedIn, and calendar coordination
• Coordinate internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
• Prepare materials for meetings, board interactions, and investor communications
• Organise travel, logistics, and key company events
• Support cross-border coordination across APAC, Europe, and leadership teams
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years in Finance Administration, Executive Assistant, or similar role
• Experience with basic accounting processes (AP, AR, reconciliations)
• Experience with Xero is a strong advantage
• Strong organisational and coordination skills
• Experience supporting senior executives is a plus
• Experience working across multiple geographies or time zones is a plus
• Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Professional fluency in written and spoken English

Global Snapshots is a core NIQ capability that brings the world’s markets into focus. By integrating data and delivering insights from multiple markets, it enables stakeholders to understand what is happening, why it is happening and what it means next – across categories, channels and geographies.

As part of the Global Snapshots team, you will play a key role in shaping how global and regional market trends are understood and communicated – both internally within NIQ and externally with clients. The role offers opportunities to partner with regional clients and partner with diverse teams to create client impact through insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality global and regional market snapshots to clients
• Analyze market and category trends across geographies to identify whitespace and growth opportunities
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of data across markets and reporting cycles
• Develop a strong understanding of regional market data setup and nuances for day-to-day work
• Engage client partners to build relationships and ensure they are well supported
• Collaborate with Global Snapshots Delivery Team to ensure seamless data delivery and improve service efficiency
• Partner with local/regional teams on special projects such as presentations, Thought Leadership materials etc

The Product Design and Enhancement (PDE) team oversees all design-related activities within the Data Science unit at NIQ, establishing the foundation for Retail Index reporting. The principal duties of the PDE Manager for a specific market include:

• Conducting sample design, universe estimation, and other projects related to the Retail Index.
• Identifying quality risks and coordinating solutions.
• Engaging with stakeholders regarding project scope, execution, data exchange, and outcomes.
• Performing expert-level analysis of results and delivering insightful presentations.
• Collaborating effectively in a virtual multi-country environment, necessitating clear communication with colleagues in various countries.
• Utilizing dedicated software along with ad hoc programming and data mining.
• Identifying opportunities for innovation and tool development in a dynamic work environment.
• Analyzing processes within the scope of responsibilities and providing recommendations for improvements.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:
Tasked with the care of a portfolio of partner accounts, you will be expected to:
- Have the ability to sell on the phone as second nature.
- Manage and grow the revenue of each account.
- Provide operational support when needed.
- Monitor each account’s performance metrics and ensure compliance with Foodpanda’s operational standards.
- Meet and/ or exceed the expected daily productivity in terms of the number of calls and sales.
- Meet requirements in the areas of documentation accuracy, partner approval and systems processing.
- A knack for objection handling, persuasiveness, instilling urgency and acting in a fast-paced fashion.
