An exciting opportunity to join Certitude as a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) as we continue to grow as a Social Care provider in London.
Salary: £47,388 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours
Job Type: Permanent
Location: Head Office (Balham & Working from home)

About the role
The role of an HR Business Partner will be the lead on people management matters for client groups whilst championing a high-performance culture. They will be a solution focused change agent, with the ability and confidence to challenge cultural norms, providing advice and guidance on all people matters including managing performance, absence and conduct, while ensuring compliance with statutory regulations.
Duties will include:
- To support the HR team to deliver the objectives of the People and OD Strategy and to deliver a professional, high quality and responsive HR service to the organisation.
- To act as a ‘critical friend’ with the authority and confidence to challenge positions.
- To ensure that local service / directorate perspectives are considered in the development of new or revised corporate employment policies.
- To assist Senior Operations Managers and Directorates in embedding good practice in performance management.
- To retain an overview of the cases across their client group and provide expert advice to HR Advisers and HR Officers.
About you
To be an HR Business Partner at Certitude, the following are essential:
- Extensive experience of advising and influencing managers.
- A clear understanding of the principles of effective employee relations.
- Proven experience in supporting and advising on the management of change.
- Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) qualification or equivalent.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and manage conflicting priorities to deliver to timescales.
- Ability to build credibility quickly and establish strong working relationships.
