As a Senior Developer you will be expected to drive the design of critical components in the payment stack as well as oversee the implementation of new features, focusing on code quality, automation and testability. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the vision, understand our product roadmap and contribute to building an engineering culture within our global team. You will be responsible to mentor and help develop more junior technical talents. Our flat structure requires and enables team members to evolve through the entire spectrum of the software life-cycle and closely collaborate with product owners, business and operations users. You will also be responsible to develop easy to support software and liaise with our SRE team to factor in their requirements. Your Impact and Contribution
This position has responsibility for ongoing development and execution of strategic sales plans to promote CBA’s correspondent banking services to financial institutions across Asia. The role reports to the Executive Director, Institutional Client Coverage, based in Sydney, who is responsible for business development with Global Banks and offshore public sector clients in home market corridors.
As an Associate Director in Transaction Banking and Sales (TBS) for Bank customers, the role requires a blend of relationship management, strategic planning skills, ruthless prioritisation and commercial acumen to deliver value-added solutions and drive long-term client satisfaction with correspondent bank customers across CBA’s international network.
You will grow correspondent banking volumes each year in line with team objectives and manage economic returns while always employing sound risk and financial crime compliance management disciplines. You will work closely with your teammates in New York, London, Amsterdam, Singapore, Hong Kong, Beijing and Auckland to provide seamless cross-border connectivity across CBA’s network and drive service excellence with the world’s largest banks. About the position:
