Qualifications
1.Crew management experience is required, international crew management experience is preferred, or Captain or Engineer qualifications on ocean-going vessels.
2.Bachelor's degree or above
3.Familiar with international regulations such as MLC2006, STCW, ISM rules, Singapore's own regulations and the company's safety management system..
4. Good interpersonal communication and organizational and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility and meticulous work.
5.Fit and proper
6. Proficient in speaking and writing English, ability to interact with global staff of various levels.
Excellent knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point).
7. Ability to communicate with Chinese client or ship crews will be a plus point.
Responsibility
1.Under the direction of the (General Manager of HSE Division), is responsible for the day-to-day management of crew personnel.
2. Responsible for contacting crew dispatching organizations and signing crew dispatching agreements between our company and crew dispatching organizations.
3. Responsible for interviewing and recruiting crew members and crew training
4. Responsible for the signing of SEA and crew on board management;
5. Responsible for the calculation of crew's salary and performance;
6. Manage the crew files of each ship of the company and so on;
7. in accordance with the company's "management system" deployment of crew, to undertake the personnel work of the ship management company;
8. Responsible for the development and management of the company's relevant systems;
9. Responsible for dealing with letters and emails related to personnel work .
