Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Management:
- Lead and manage technical projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery.
2. Technical Team Leadership:
-Provide guidance and leadership to technical teams.
-Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and solutions.
3. Client Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the technical team and clients.
- Understand client needs and expectations, and communicate them effectively to the technical team.
- Regularly update clients on project status, milestones, and any potential issues.
4. Requirements Analysis:
- Work closely with clients to gather and analyse technical requirements.
- Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the technical team.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments to maintain high-quality standards.
6. Resource Management:
- Allocate resources efficiently to ensure optimal project performance.
- Identify and address resource constraints to meet project deadlines.
7. Client Relationship Building:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and problem resolution.
- Gather client feedback and use it to enhance project delivery and overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant technical field.
- Proven experience in project management and client coordination.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Technical proficiency & work experience in Cyber Security domains.
