To assist the Contract Officer to ensure external school transport provision and local bus contracts operate safely and timeously, that appropriate timetable information is kept up to date, and public transport infrastructure is properly maintained.

Also ensuring that all school transport applications are processed by liaising with parents, Education staff and external contract providers.

This is a permanent, full-time post working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The working pattern is:-

Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:00 with 1 hour lunch.

General Description:

As a System Engineer, you will lead or provide services to our customers in the region. This may include security equipment installation, testing, commissioning, system programming, coordinating with other parties, and working with other team members to achieve objectives. You will ensure customers have the best possible experience and have the highest quality of services.

Main Responsibilities may include:

• Systems design, equipment installation, programing, commissioning, and testing.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Engineering-related discipline.

As a Security System Maintenance Manager, you will oversee the maintenance, operation, and optimization of various security systems, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, fire alarms, and Power over Ethernet (PoE) switches.

You will be responsible for ensuring these systems are functioning efficiently and effectively to provide a safe and secure environment for the organization.

Responsibilities:

1. Maintenance Oversight: Develop and implement maintenance schedules for all security systems, ensuring regular inspections and preventative maintenance are conducted.
   Coordinate with external vendors for specialized maintenance tasks and equipment servicing.

1. Education: Dilpoma or Degree in Security System, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications in security system maintenance and management are desirable. Safety Courses certified by WSH will be priority.
