Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity
As the Director, Field Services at Moneris, you will lead the strategic direction and structure of the field operations across Canada. You will oversee a team consisting of regional managers, team leaders, technicians, a technical support group and service partners engaged in field operations, including the technical implementation of new/improved product/service initiatives. You will provide direction for customer initiatives that support our business objectives and requirements for providing services that exceed customer requirements across Canada.
Location: You will be based in one of our facilities (Sackville, Montreal (preferred), Toronto, Calgary or Burnaby) and will work in a hybrid model.
Reporting Relationship: You will report to our Senior Vice President of Operations, who is located in Montreal.
Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
Lead and direct a geographically diverse workforce of technicians to ensure compliance with operational requirements and the long-term operating plan.
Manage specific Field Service projects to ensure that new business is implemented following client expectations.
Develop internal relations with departments including influencing changes and work coordination.
Oversee all process flows, operating procedures and work instructions on across all regions.
Ensure that all tools (hardware, software, management) are used throughout the regions;
Manage the Fleet of vehicles to ensure the safety of our employees and minimize the total cost of ownership of technician transportation;
Maintain service partner relationships, including contract negotiations;
Ensure all Service Partners contracts and terms and conditions are being satisfactorily provided, and regular performance reviews are being conducted.

General Summary
The GMP Operational Associate Director is recognized as an expert internally in the principles and application of quality assurance and compliance. The GMP Operational Associate Director will provide QA support of manufacturing operations, oversee sterilization processes and microbiological testing, and serve as a Product Quality Lead for the activities supporting Cell & Genetic Therapies.
The GMP Operational Associate Director should excel in an environment that embraces teamwork, change, risk-based decision making and flexibility. This individual should be willing to make a significant contribution to a multi-disciplinary team, must be self-motivated to take action, and have excellent written and verbal communication skills. The qualified candidate will act provide quality assurance support quality systems and compliance activities working cross-functionally with R&D, Product/Process Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, QC and QA.
This individual will have a strong background, experience and/or understanding in Design Controls, Risk Management, Quality Systems, GMP Manufacturing and Combination Medical Devices.
