• Check & Approve – Orders to Mondelēz, Team Incentives, Mondelēz Claims etc.
• Address Issues (HR, Logistics, Finance, Sales)
• Finish Admin Work (if any)
• Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
• Manage sales team and merchandiser team directly to deliver best in class service to customers (retailers)
• Planning and deliver KPI and revenue set by company's. 
• Submit standard reports as per specified frequency. 

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in a similar industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Having strong leadership skill and ownership.
• Having basic computer knowledge and skills.

Job Responsibility:

• Responsible for driving Caldbeck’s Wines and Spirits brand performance, awareness and stocks availability across all sales channel.
• Taking of Orders and implementing In-Store merchandising to increase product visibility and ensuring stock levels are maintained adequately.
• Providing insightful and actionable market / competitor’s information feedbacks.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in alcohol industry.
• Willing to travel and work beyond usual working hours
• Proficiency in English
• Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Words)
