What will I be doing?

As a Proactive Senior Sales Manager - MICE, you will analyse local market trends and competitor activity to recommend strategies that keep the hotel a leader in the marketplace through the development of future and repeat business. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads

What will I be doing?

As Marketing Executive you will work with the Commercial Director to assist in the implementation of the marketing plan for the opening of the new Hilton Woking and to create hotel brand awareness. Specifically, a Marketing Coordinator will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Support on planning and implementation of marketing activities
• Support with designing creative materials for Internal & External Communications
• Supporting on social media strategy creation and execution and social campaigns
• Owning and managing social calendar and any paid campaigns

What will I be doing?

An Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for assisting with managing operations of all Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff and working within budgeted guidelines.

• You will join and lead our team in the Restaurant, Bar, Room Service and Conference and Events Department.
• You enjoy leading your team of Waiters and Commis Waiters, ensuring a smooth and efficient service throughout the Restaurant. You will be dealing with all enquiries, resolving complaints and challenges as they arise whilst creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues.
• Are you a natural leader, friendly, positive, passionate and eager to be part of a team of likeminded professionals? Then this is the job for you!

The Hilton Garden Inn Silverstone is situated directly on the Hamilton straight of Silverstone circuit with 197 bedrooms & suites offering views of the famous asphalt that can convert into hospitality boxes during the major events at the circuit.
