Job Description:

• Graduate engineer is a structured program designed to provide exposure to different engineering departments to gain practical experiences and guild strong technical foundation to support company advancement.
• Incumbents are to participate in a series of rotations assignment across different engineering departments or functions in span of 12.5 months.
• Rotations include assembly or test areas such as production, maintenance, engineering, quality control, technology development, and more.
• Permanent position with 6 months’ probation period 
• Opportunity to advance into specialized engineering role during or upon completion of program

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate with Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science. 
• Good command of languages in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin speaking and writing proficiency will be an added advantage

Job Description:

• Prepare Schedule for the flawless execution of assigned projects.
• Keeping the project on schedule, on budget and within the specifications.
• Develop costing for assigned tender with resourceful idea or proposal.
• Liase with supplier/ vendor/ contractors with acknowledgement of direct superior
• Ensure the material to be onsite as per target date
• Site coordination among consultant, client, supplier, vendor and contractor
• Communicate with client/ owner/ end use effectively with proper understanding by interpret their needs and requirement.
• Plan, coordinate and compile engineering design work with client/ designer/ consultant/ contractor
• Engineering drawing preparation
• Prepare site progress report as per project requirement.
• Prepare Method of Statement for the construction work
• Plan and arrange for testing and commissioning of the project to meet specification and requirement.
• Ensure all aspects of the project proceed while adhering to internal company
• SOPs as well as external regulations and laws
• Prepare handover documents once the project completion.

Job Requirements:

• Posses Degree certification in Electrical / Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Preferrable with 1-2 years of construction line working experience
• Have experience in project sites
• Able to work with minimum supervision

• Develop new hardware & innovative solution on sensor integration and data mining to manufacturing equipment.

• Perform new sensor development and selection for data mining to iIoT platform.

• Collaborate with Data Analytics team to integrate and implement large scale data solution
  Responsible to develop software programs, algorithms and automated processes to clean and evaluate huge amount of datasets from multiple sources.

• Documentation: SOP, WI, Equipment FMEA, OCAP and Control Plan for related process.

• Ensure effective hand shaking process of new device/product introduction to the line and new process technology capabilities developments.
