About the Role
Assist in managing a team of Claims processors, checkers and assessors to process claims transactions within the required benchmarks and in line with the Company and department goalsJob Responsibilities:
Effectively handles and supervises team members in line with company policies and procedures, including those who are achieving personal work objectives and those who are under performing.
Lead employees to meet quality, turnaround time and efficiency benchmark.
Assist in planning resources to support day to day business needs by forecasting volume and arranging overtime where required.
Involved in staff recruitment, coaching, training including new employee onboarding and providing career development planning.

Regularly communicate organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, emails, and interpersonal communication.

Job Requirements:
Open experienced Senior Medical Claims Assessor, experience in leading team would be added advantage.
A recognized tertiary Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Biology, Biotechnology, and Medical Science, Social Science, Business Management or equivalent qualifications.
Fluent in spoken English & Chinese. Candidate with proficiency to converse in Mandarin / Cantonese would be an added advantage. Passing SPM Chinese subject is a MUST.
Self-motivated and customer orientated.
Time management skills.
Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
Good commitment at work, good attitude, willing to learn.
Able to adapt desk-bound working environment, working shift including weekend on rotation basis & able to work overtime beyond normal office hour (including weekend & public holiday).
The role is required to follow Hong Kong working calendar.

About the Role
Complete AML Quality Assurance (QA) activities undertaken by the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Centre of Excellence• Assist in designing and implement an effective Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Quality Assurance Programme.
• Conduct data analysis, sample tests and root cause analysis to assess effectiveness of AML related controls in AIA Business Units and to identify control weaknesses & improvement opportunities
• Recommend action plans aimed to enhance AML control environment, monitor progress of action plans and follow-up for timely completion of actions.
• Recommend improvements to enhance governance of the AML QA Programme and participate in related projects.
• Compile risk-based management information, dashboards and governance reports as specified.
• Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Job Requirements :
• Bachelor’s degree holder in appropriate field (e.g. Accounting, Risk Management, Business Management or Law) with 3 years work experience in the financial industry handling AML / Financial Crime Compliance or a relevant role.
• Understanding of the Insurance business preferred and, in lieu of insurance, financial services.
• Certified AML Specialist (preferred).
• Excellent command of English (both written and oral) and report writing skills.
• Dedicated, able to work under pressure, well organised, meticulous and analytical.

About the Role
Created, implement and enhance Investment Data Governance Dashboards• Direct responsibility with respect to the design and continuous delivery and improvement of the implemented Data Governance Dashboard (“Dashboard”) which include enhancing the Dashboard taking into consideration new requirements coming from the Group and potentially from each individual AIA markets.
• To work closely with Investment Data Governance (IDG) Data Analysis team to ensure that data feed into the Dashboard are accurate and timely.
• Contribution to the ongoing development and continuous delivery of the Dashboard to each individual AIA markets as and when required
• Conduct and participate in session with relevant business units and/or system owners to understand the system architecture impacting the provision of data into the Dashboard
• Design and implement any Dashboard requirement to meet the growth of the business/company
• Work with Group Data Governance to ensure that the Dashboard meet the Group requirement and suggest any improvements in increasing the performance and efficiency of the Dashboard
• To raise any issues that impacts the performance and quality of the Dashboard to relevant stakeholders and if required, to the vendor/supplier that supports the Dashboard application.
• Enhancing own abilities and knowledge of the Precisely Data360, Power BI product and other relevant tools to the extent enabling the Company to utilise the full features of the product that the Company has procured.
• Work closely with other teams within Group Investment Data Governance and across Investment to align the technical design with the business requirements
• Work closely with the Group and Business Units stakeholders to rectify any Critical Data Elements (CDEs) that require remediation as to ensure that the data quality of the CDEs meet the required threshold timely and in a robust manner.
• Assist the Head of Group Investment Data Governance with projects and initiatives from time to time as required.
Job Requirements :
5-7 years of related experience in insurance and/or asset management, in change management, projects or communications
Good command of written and spoken English. Be able to converse in Chinese will be an added advantage.
Creative and open to sharing in implementing new ideas
Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization
Independent and strong self-initiative.
Good technical data mining skills using various system languages (e.g. SQL)
